Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At Rapid Clean, we aim to deliver services that meet professional standards and customer expectations. Because our work is labour-based and performed on‑site, we generally do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we provide a structured guarantee system that ensures clients receive the quality of service they expect. This policy explains how we handle dissatisfaction, cancellations, warranties, and non‑refundable services in a clear and practical way.
Service Guarantee
If a client is not satisfied with any area we have cleaned or treated, they must notify us within twenty‑four hours of service completion. Once informed, we will send a team back to re‑address the specific issue at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only to the areas originally included in the service order and does not extend to new tasks or areas outside the agreed scope. The purpose of this guarantee is to ensure that clients feel confident in the reliability of our work without the need for monetary refunds.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made twelve to twenty‑four hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. If our team arrives at the location and is unable to gain access, or if the service is cancelled on the spot, a nominal visit fee will be charged to cover fuel and labour costs. This fee reflects the resources already committed to the appointment. Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if sufficient notice is provided, ensuring flexibility while also respecting the time and effort of our staff.
Pest Control Warranty
For specific fumigation services such as termite or bedbug control, a formal warranty period is provided as outlined in the quotation. If pests reappear within the warranty duration, Rapid Clean will provide touch‑up treatments free of charge. This warranty is limited to the treated areas and applies only within the specified timeframe. It is designed to give clients peace of mind that pest control services are effective and supported by follow‑up measures when necessary.
Non‑Refundable Services
Once a service has been completed and inspected by the client or their representative, and formally signed off, the service fee becomes non‑refundable. This reflects the labour-based nature of our work, where time, effort, and resources are invested during the service itself. By signing off, the client acknowledges that the service has been delivered to their satisfaction, and no refunds will be issued thereafter.
Exceptions
In rare cases where unavoidable circumstances occur, such as extreme weather or government restrictions, Rapid Clean may offer rescheduling or partial credit at its discretion. These exceptions are not guaranteed but may be considered to maintain fairness in extraordinary situations. Clients are expected to provide accurate information and ensure access to the property, as failure to do so may limit eligibility for guarantees or credits.
