These Terms & Conditions define the framework under which Rapid Clean provides its cleaning and pest control services. They are intended to establish clarity between the company and its clients, ensuring that every appointment is carried out in a professional, safe, and transparent manner. By booking a service, clients agree to these terms, which outline the scope of work, responsibilities, and limitations.
General Services
Rapid Clean undertakes to deliver services exactly as described in the quotation or service order. Any additional tasks requested during the appointment that were not part of the original agreement may incur extra charges. This ensures that the scope of work remains clear and that both parties understand what is included in the service. Our team will only perform work that has been agreed upon in advance, and any new requests will be considered separately to maintain fairness and transparency.
Access to Property
Clients must provide our team with proper access to the property, including essential utilities such as water and electricity, where necessary. If our staff is kept waiting for more than thirty minutes, an hourly waiting fee may apply to cover the time and resources spent. To ensure smooth service delivery, it is expected that a representative from the client’s side will remain present during the appointment. This presence helps confirm instructions, safeguard valuables, and address any concerns immediately.
Safety and Damages
Rapid Clean requests that clients secure small valuables such as jewellery, cash, and electronics before service begins. The company cannot accept liability for the loss of items that are left unsecured. While our team takes care during service, we are not responsible for damage to items that are already broken, unstable, or improperly installed, including loose wall fixtures or fragile antiques. Any claims of damage must be reported within twenty‑four hours of service completion so that they can be reviewed promptly.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless prior written credit arrangements have been made. Rapid Clean accepts cash, bank transfers, and digital payments. Clients are expected to settle outstanding balances promptly, and failure to do so may result in suspension of future services until the account is cleared. These terms ensure that our operations remain sustainable and that we can continue to provide reliable services to all clients.
Pest Control Safety
For fumigation services, clients must follow the safety instructions provided by our technicians. These instructions may include vacating the premises for a specific duration or avoiding entry into treated areas until it is safe. Rapid Clean cannot be held responsible for health issues that arise from failure to comply with these safety protocols. The effectiveness of pest control treatments depends on adherence to these guidelines, and clients are expected to cooperate fully to ensure safe results.
Right to Refuse Service
Rapid Clean reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if our staff encounters unsafe working conditions, verbal abuse, or environments that pose a health risk. We prioritize the safety and dignity of our employees, and we expect clients to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere during service delivery. Should such conditions arise, services may be discontinued without liability.
Security and Supervision
For security purposes and to ensure that services are performed to the client’s specific requirements, a representative from the client’s side must remain on the premises while our technicians are working. A walkthrough with the team lead before the service begins and again after completion is recommended to confirm expectations, clarify concerns, and verify that the work has been carried out to the agreed standard. This process helps build trust and ensures transparency in service delivery.
Amendments
Rapid Clean may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in operational practices, legal requirements, or service improvements. Any updates will be communicated through our website or booking platform, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
